If you are using MyAthletePath on behalf of a minor athlete, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these terms on their behalf.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including accounts you create for athletes in your care.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent or coach account.

Use MyAthletePath only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights and safety of others, including teammates, coaches, and other families.

Do not upload content that is harmful, abusive, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Features such as teams, team polls, messages, and shared rankings make some information visible to other linked members. Only share content you are comfortable making visible to your team circle.

You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting it, you grant MyAthletePath a limited license to host, display, and process it to operate the service.

MyAthletePath provides AI-generated development plans, insights, and coaching guidance, which may incorporate athlete data such as age, sport, height, weight, and calculated BMI.

AI output is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified physician or professional before making health, training, or dietary decisions, especially for minors.

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included features are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

MyAthletePath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific athletic, recruiting, or health outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAthletePath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using MyAthletePath and request account deletion at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to other users or the platform.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of MyAthletePath after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
